Registration Information

For Lester B. Pearson School Board Elementary Students:

If your child is currently in Grade 5 at a Lester B. Pearson school, you will receive registration information through their elementary school in January.
 

For non-Lester B. Pearson School Board students:

This registration information is for students that are presently attending a school that is outside of the Lester B. Pearson School Board.

If you wish to register your child for the present or upcoming school year, please contact the appropriate campus

Westwood Junior: Grades 7 and 8 - Ms. Jaimie Boosamra (514) 798-4500

Westwood Senior: Grades 9, 10 and 11 – Mrs. Lynn Brousseau (514) 798-4900
 

The following documents are required to complete a registration:

  • Child’s ORIGINAL long form birth certificate
  • Child’s ORIGINAL Certificate of eligibility or Original Certificate of eligibility of sibling or parent
  • Child’s Medicare card
  • Proof of Quebec residency (driver’s licence or other)
  • COPY of most recent report card
